House clearings are a very important service that is offered. Places and things carry energy, and sometimes that energy is negative.
In a house clearing, the house is cleared of negative energy and filled with positive energy. Each house and case is unique, and may require also clearing the surrounding land. Due to this, there is no set price, as it can vary significantly.
Initiation is *highly* recommended for anyone considering a house clearing, because it empowers and teaches the individual how to create positive containers of energy going forward.
Pricing: $750 minimum, though it can be significantly higher.

I was fortunate enough to receive a house/land clearing from Sean Carey. I had no idea how effective this clearing would be or what effect it would have on my mother and myself (my mother lives in the house and I visit her frequently). As background, this is the house where a few years prior my father had gotten sick with cancer and passed away. And following his passing, my mother has been persistently sick with frequent visits to the doctor’s office and emergency room. All this despite my frequently doing healings on both of them.
